Open Craft session - 26th of May 2011

Our first Open Craft session was held on the 3rd of March. This was not a taught workshop - but we provided the space (and refreshments and cookies, cakes etc) for people to meet other crafters.
It was a great evening where we saw some people from previous workshops and also some new faces.

Why not come and join us for an evening to kick-start or finnish that project which has been on the shelves for a while.

Crochet Clinic on Thursday (17/2/11)

Do you remember those mad crochet outfits from the '70s ? Those colourful squares which made up a cardigan?  Well, they are not exactly back into fashion but the skill (and art) of crochet is. If it is a baby-blanket or a hot-plate, crochet is a fun way to make a lovely heirloom.

To give you a start and become hoocked on hookie, we run this Thursday evening a 'Crochet Clinic'. The evening is mainly aimed at people who recently started crochet and we will teach you how to make a traditional Granny Square.
